SHIPPING
PRE-ORDER TIME FRAMES
Your gorgeous garments are being made to order right here in Aotearoa New Zealand. We're aiming to have all pre-orders made and locally shipped within 4 weeks of pre-orders closing (the 5th of the month).
If there is a delay in this time, we will do our best to advise you and keep you updated.
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
- Shipping is based on regions gathered from your postal address.
- Your order will be sent via Go Sweet Spot with no signature required but tracked.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL
- We Ship Internationally to Australia for a flat rate of $15.00 untracked, or can be sent with tracking for $35
- Your order will be sent via New Zealand Post and can take between 10-14 business days to arrive.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please contact us on hello@theeditlabel.co.nz if you require your tracking number or are concerned that your order is running late/lost.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your pieces from the edit. As a small, made-to-order brand, we produce in limited quantities to keep our garments thoughtfully made and as affordable as possible. For this reason, we’ve updated our returns policy.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer exchanges or store credit only for change-of-mind returns.
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition, with tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved. Store credit does not expire.
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Fit Support (Before You Buy)
We work hard to be clear and detailed with our sizing and fit information, and many of our garments are designed with a flexible fit to suit a range of bodies.
If you’re unsure about sizing or fit before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to help you choose the best option.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@theeditlabel.co.nz or via DM on Instagram so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us to arrange this. Timeframes for re-making your exchange garment will be dependent on the next preorder timeframe.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll organise your exchange or issue store credit so you can repurchase.
