PRE-SALE

This innovative presale model allows us to only make what our customers are ordering.

All our garments are made-to-order here in New Zealand, meaning we don’t have stock on hand, ensuring we keep our costs and waste to a minimum.

On the 1st of every month, we open the doors to our online store for 5 days only. From here you jump on our website and place your order by selecting your favourite style, colour & size.

Each season runs for 3 months, so once the season is over, the items will no longer be available for order, so get in quick if you see something you love!

We receive your order and custom make your garments from scratch, just for you. Once your garment has been made we dispatch it and approximately 3.5 weeks from your initial purchase, your order arrives on your doorstep and you fall madly in love!

You can expect your order Between 2-3 weeks. Not long really... considering all the work and love that goes into the process!

From the moment we receive your order we get busy creating your garments. Your order heads off to production with our super talented team of makers.

Once created, your order is quality checked, packed and couriered out to you.

You should receive your custom-made garment approximately 3.5 weeks from your order date.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Yes of course! We know it can be tricky ordering online, so we try to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

Our team have a wealth of knowledge on sizing, fit and styles to suit everyone, so please email us on hello@theeditlabel.co.nz if you have any questions.

If you do order something from us and it's not quite right, we offer a full refund and returns policy so you can either exchange (via store credit) or get a full refund on your purchase.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand (with free shipping over $200).

If you are located somewhere else, reach out and we can give you some estimated shipping costs to get the edit to you

In order to keep the label affordable, we don't have a bricks and mortar store (at this point!).

The size guides and product descriptions are very extensive and if you need more help with working out your fit and size, reach out to our designer Cait, or caitlin@theeditlabel.co.nz.

The Edit Label is designed by personal stylist Caitlin Taylor.

With over 20 years experience in the fashion industry, Cait has pulled together all her knowledge on what women are missing in their wardrobes and what pieces they wear the most.

The Edit Label is designed to be all worn back together, like a capsule, but also work seamlessly into your existing wardrobe.

The pre-order model also means that you'll never miss out on your size or style (as we just make what people order) PLUS we can keep the beautiful made-in-New Zealand garments more afforable as we won't have any excess stock, or shop overheads.

How our Pre-Order Model Works

Our pre-sales are only open from the 1st to the 5th of every month.

To purchase, choose your style, colour and size preference, then place your order.

Once the pre-order window is closed for the month, your clothes are made right here in NZ by our experienced makers.

You can expect your custom-made garments to be delivered to your door within 2-3 weeks.
